I believe in the power of collaboration in therapeutic relationships and Supervision is no different. As an extension of your Private Practice, I immerse myself in your vision and goals for your client work & Private Practice. I work closely with you to develop both your skills as a therapist but also gain a deeper understanding of yourself in your work.
Integrative
Using the 7 Eyed model I take a holistic approach in my work to ensure that our sessions are meeting all your supervision and mentoring needs. I encourage regular reviews not just of your case load, but to explore your marketing and networking to keep your efforts aligned with your vision and to reflect your unique therapeutic offering.

7+ Years of Private Practice Experience
I have run my own sucessful Private Practice from home for 6 years. I qualified as a Supervisor in 2022! In November 2023 I launched Aylesbury Therapy Centre, where I provide therapy rooms and support to the local therapeutic community.

Community Advocate
I champion community connection. In addition to my one to one work I ofer group supervision, Personal development groups and networking events for local therapists. I also run a community low cost therapy service for trainee counsellor to complete their training hours.

Recommended either fortnightly or monthly depending on case load.

Mentoring
Are you setting up Private Practie? Have you been informed you are going to be audited. Maybe you just want to review how Private Practice is going and set some new goals! If any of these things resonate this service is for you!
£75 per hour
Subscribe for a year for £175 and receive a 45 minute quarterly review session!

First things first, don't be nervous. We'll start with a free 20 minute video consultation to determine your supervision and mentoring needs to assist in you deciding if I am the right collaborative fit for you!

Supervision Fees;
60 Minutes - £65
90 Minutes - £95
Group Supervision - £50
Mentoring/ Practice Review - £75

The standard guild lines for Supervision are 90 minutes per month. However, I do advise you check with your own ethical body what their professional requirements are as these can vary.
I offer flexibility around frequency of regular sessions and can provide extra top up sessions for ethical dilemmas that may occur and require immediate support.
